Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Towers Rotana is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of attendants in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our Dubai hotel. You will coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and support a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assign daily work schedules for Housekeeping Attendants.
• Issue room keys and necessary supplies to staff.
• Monitor VIP, Do Not Disturb, Sleep‑Out, and double‑lock rooms and act accordingly.
• Attend daily briefings and implement special instructions.
• Process check‑outs, verify room vacancy, and handle guest special requests.
• Inspect cleaned areas using checklists, verify supply placement, and report repairs.
• Complete reports and forward lost items to the Lost & Found department.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
• Train and mentor attendants, providing performance feedback to superiors.
• Assist with inventory control and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory experience within a hotel housekeeping department.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Computer literacy; familiarity with the Opera property‑management system is a plus.

• Opera (property‑management system) proficiency.
