HR & Admin Generalist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR & Admin Generalist to support our Dubai office. The role will manage recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and office operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations. The successful candidate will contribute to a productive workplace through accurate record‑keeping and efficient payroll coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and talent acquisition process.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records and HRIS data.
• Provide employee relations support and address HR‑related queries.
• Oversee leave management, attendance tracking and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
• Supervise general office administration and daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong background in recruitment and HR operations.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS and employee records.
• Experience with payroll coordination and office administration.
