HR & Administration Specialist

About the role

The HR & Administration Specialist will support NOVACONTINENTAL TRADING LLC SPC by managing end‑to‑end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, payroll, and office administration. This role ensures smooth HR operations and maintains accurate records while fostering a compliant and engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and approval.
• Oversee employee onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, off‑boarding and keep employee records up to date.
• Organize training programs covering onboarding, corporate culture, and product/business skills.
• Track attendance, calculate salaries and allowances, and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Handle procurement, warehousing, registration, distribution and inventory control of office supplies.
• Process and verify administrative expense claims and reimbursements for compliance.
• Maintain HR and administrative records, establishing standardized filing and safekeeping procedures.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• Age between 25 and 35.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative coordination with solid knowledge of local labor laws.
• Detail‑oriented, highly responsible, strong organizational and communication abilities.
• High integrity, professional ethics and team spirit.
