About the role
GMS Dubai is seeking a well‑organized and detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support staff documentation, employee records, and daily HR administration. The role is especially suited to candidates with school‑administration experience and familiarity with KHDA processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on KHDA portal requests for teachers
- Assist with teacher registration and required KHDA documentation
- Organize and maintain employee files and staff records
- Support Orison staff registration and update employee information
- Follow up with teachers regarding missing documents and required information
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR department
- Maintain accurate, current, and confidential employee records
Required profile
- Previous HR or school‑administration experience (preferred)
- KHDA portal experience (advantage)
- Knowledge of Orison (advantage)
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Good communication and follow‑up abilities
- Previous experience in a Dubai school environment (preferred)
