HR Associate Partner – Fulfilment Center

About the role

The HR Associate Partner provides hands‑on HR support for Amazon's Fulfilment Center in Abu Dhabi. Working in line with operations shift patterns, this role is the primary HR contact for associates, handling inquiries on benefits, payroll, and general HR matters while driving employee engagement and HR operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for associate HR queries, ensuring timely resolution within service level agreements.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes such as attendance, leaves, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle events.
• Maintain accurate HR records, process transactions, and support HR initiatives and programs.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support daily HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements while handling confidential information.
• Support HR projects, conduct basic investigations, and coordinate HR events, training sessions, and engagement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in human resources and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in confidential environments.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced fulfilment environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
