Cluster Manager, Learning & Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager, Learning & Development to lead the L&D function for One&Only Royal Mirage and One&Only The Palm Resorts in Dubai. The role will design, deliver and manage learning programs that support both individual growth and the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and manage learning and development programs for all team members.
• Conduct an annual Training Needs Analysis and design programs based on the findings.
• Deliver or facilitate training sessions and manage post‑training feedback.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage nominations for external programs.
• Oversee the Management Trainee programme and design orientation, customer service, supervisory and leadership courses.
• Maintain development plans from performance appraisals to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience as a Learning & Development Manager in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills in English (additional language a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and collaborate with external consultants.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
