HR Generalist – KSA & UAE

About the role

The HR Generalist will deliver a broad range of human‑resources services for Auxilium’s internal UAE workforce and produce legally compliant documentation for external UAE employees. Reporting to the Head of HR, the role ensures consistent, high‑quality people practices across the GCC and acts as the subject‑matter expert on employment law and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage all HR legal documentation (contracts, offer letters, warnings, termination letters, settlement agreements, policies) for internal and EOR employees.
• Support the Head of HR in maintaining compliant HR processes across the business.
• Monitor and hold in‑country partners accountable for GCC‑wide HR compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on UAE and KSA labour law, visa processes and broader GCC regulations.
• Utilise HRIS platforms and AI tools to improve HR efficiency and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field; postgraduate HR qualification or professional certification (CIPD Level 5+, SHRM‑CP) preferred.
• 5‑6 years of generalist HR experience with a primary focus on UAE and KSA employment law.
• Demonstrated experience managing HR for UAE and KSA workforces; broader GCC exposure is a plus.
• Experience in employer‑of‑record or on‑demand labour supply environments is advantageous.

Required skills

• Expert‑level knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes.
• Expert‑level knowledge of KSA Labour Law and visa processes.
• Strong working knowledge of labour law across Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR technology (ATS, LMS).
• Confidence in using AI productivity tools to streamline HR processes.
