HR Generalist – People & Culture (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist focused on People & Culture to join a leading construction and contracting firm in Dubai. You will champion company values, drive employee engagement, and support leadership development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Champion company values, run engagement surveys and quarterly team‑building activities, and serve as the go‑to person for employee relations.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding, including pre‑joining communications, induction, orientation, welcome kits, and probation training plans with department heads.
• Support leadership development and succession planning for critical roles, handling training logistics and tracking.
• Manage internal HR communications and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence with project and culture content.
• Provide engagement insights for workforce planning and department‑level SWOT analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in employee engagement, people & culture, talent development, or a generalist HR role.
• Proven track record building onboarding programs, conducting engagement surveys, or leading leadership development initiatives.
