HR Generalist – People & Culture

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist focused on People & Culture to join our client in the construction and contracting sector in Dubai. The role will drive employee engagement, oversee onboarding, and support leadership development initiatives. You will act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and help embed the company’s values across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Champion company values, run engagement surveys and quarterly team‑building activities, and serve as the go‑to person for employee relations.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding, including pre‑joining communications, induction, orientation, welcome kits, and probation training plans with department heads.
• Support leadership development and succession planning for critical roles, handling training logistics and tracking.
• Manage internal HR communications and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence with project and culture content.
• Provide engagement insights for workforce planning and department‑level SWOT analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in employee engagement, people & culture, talent development or a generalist HR role.
• Proven track record building onboarding programmes, conducting engagement surveys, or delivering leadership development initiatives.
