HR Generalist – UAE & KSA

About the role

The HR Generalist will support Auxilium’s Head of HR by delivering a wide range of HR services for the internal UAE workforce and ensuring legally compliant documentation for external employees across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and manage HR legal documents such as contracts, offer letters, warnings, termination letters, and settlement agreements for both internal and EOR employees.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with UAE, KSA, and broader GCC labour laws across in‑country partners.
• Provide expert guidance on visa processes and employment law for UAE and KSA.
• Maintain high‑quality people practices and act as the subject‑matter expert on GCC employment law.
• Utilise HRIS and AI tools to improve HR processes and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field; postgraduate HR qualification or professional certification (CIPD Level 5+, SHRM‑CP) preferred.
• 5‑6 years of generalist HR experience with a focus on UAE and KSA employment law.
• Demonstrated experience managing HR for UAE and KSA workforces; broader GCC exposure is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Experience using AI productivity tools for HR.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
