HR Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead all people‑related functions for our fast‑growing medical marketing company in Dubai. You will ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, attract top talent, and nurture a positive workplace culture that supports our mission of smarter healthcare journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and implement HR policies and employee handbooks in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
• Oversee payroll preparation and ensure compliance with the UAE Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Manage employee relations, address concerns and disputes, and promote a motivating work environment.
• Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave administration and performance‑evaluation processes.
• Coordinate visa applications, residency procedures, licensing and other government‑related services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field; master’s degree or CIPD/SHRM certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and Emiratisation requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
