HR Manager – Dubai

About the role

Rise Up Holding is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end human resources operations, employee relations, payroll, recruitment and HR compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processes and ensure full compliance with WPS requirements.
• Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding for multiple roles.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
• Coordinate visa applications, work permits, Emirates ID, and medical insurance processes.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Manage leave, attendance, and end‑of‑service benefit calculations.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR‑related queries.
• Support performance management processes and prepare HR reports.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience in the UAE.
• Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll and WPS processes.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
• Experience managing recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to join immediately or on short notice.
