HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through separation, while ensuring strict compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations. The role works closely with Operations, Recruitment, PRO, Payroll, and Finance teams to drive employee engagement and continuous HR process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, visa/work permits, renewals, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR policy enforcement.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and final settlements.
• Support manpower mobilization, deployment requirements, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Conduct HR audits, manage compliance reporting, and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with Operations, Recruitment, PRO, Payroll, and Finance teams.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve HR processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR management or HR operations experience in the UAE.
• Background in a recruitment agency, staffing, outsourcing, or manpower supply company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Experience managing a large outsourced/manpower workforce (preferred).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
