HR Manager

About the role

Mirage is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Dubai. The role will support business objectives, ensure compliance with UAE labour law, and drive talent initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure company policies and procedures are legally compliant with the UAE Labour Law.
• Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
• Maintain accurate hard‑copy and electronic personnel files and schedules.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, sponsorship, residence visa processes and renewals.
• Manage and regularly update the library of job descriptions for all roles.
• Oversee the annual staff review process, organise meetings, record outcomes and present summaries to senior staff.
• Ensure recruitment positions have up‑to‑date job descriptions and are evaluated appropriately.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and other issues.
• Nurture a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR systems, databases and HR metrics.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent English proficiency and high organisational abilities.
• High integrity, confidentiality and respect for cultural sensitivities.
• UAE experience preferred.
