HR Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for Expertise Recruitment in Abu Dhabi, shaping strategy across staffing, talent acquisition, learning, performance, employee relations and compliance. The role partners with senior leadership to drive performance, productivity and engagement while ensuring adherence to UAE, KSA, Philippines and India labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure alignment with business initiatives.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies, including recruitment, testing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Analyse compensation trends and propose competitive salary and incentive programmes.
• Create learning and development initiatives and internal career pathways.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and support managers in conflict resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of HR best practices, regulatory changes and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
• 8–10 years of overall HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven experience managing HR functions within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector.
• Strong understanding of labour laws in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines and India, including pension regulations.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE, KSA, Philippines and India employment legislation.
• Expertise in talent acquisition processes and recruitment technologies.
• Competence in compensation and benefits analysis.
• Experience designing learning and development programmes.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and compliance procedures.
