About the role
A reputable organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support its human resources operations. The role is ideal for HR professionals with strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, employee relations, and government procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and employee relations.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle government‑related applications and official processes.
- Coordinate with UAE government authorities and online portals.
- Support employees with HR and government‑related requirements.
- Ensure HR activities comply with applicable UAE labour regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- UAE HR experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
