HR Performance Development Officer

About the role

The HR Performance Development Officer will support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation's performance management and employee development programmes. This role aims to boost employee performance and help the business achieve its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor employee performance and ensure timely completion of appraisals.
• Assist managers in defining KPIs and performance objectives.
• Prepare performance reports and HR dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate employee development plans based on performance outcomes.
• Support competency frameworks, career development initiatives and succession planning.
• Maintain performance management policies, procedures and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on the performance process.
• Analyse performance data, recommend improvements and coordinate related training needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in performance management, learning & development or organisational development.
