HR Specialist – Center of Excellence

About the role

The Specialist Center of Excellence will support SEHA’s Human Resources initiatives, focusing on talent management, performance cycles and data‑driven insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Support development, implementation and evaluation of HR Centers of Excellence initiatives and programs.
• Assist in managing talent processes such as succession planning, talent reviews and high‑potential programs.
• Coordinate and support the annual performance management cycle.
• Analyze workforce and HR data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to design and enhancement of policies, frameworks and processes related to talent and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor HR metrics, KPIs and dashboard reporting to measure program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support strategic people initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, recognition and culture enhancement programs.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Develop reports, presentations and business cases for leadership review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational development, performance management or HR analytics.
• Experience in healthcare or large, complex organisations is an advantage.
