HR Systems Specialist

About the role

The HR Systems Specialist will drive the delivery of HR technology, digital transformation and process automation initiatives across Mediclinic Middle East. Working closely with HR leaders, the specialist translates business needs into functional solutions and ensures seamless integration of HR systems into daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of HR systems and automation projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance to verify that solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide first‑line post‑implementation support and promote user adoption of digital HR tools.
• Create user guides, process documentation and training materials; deliver end‑user training sessions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with HR technology and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with change management and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum preferred).
