HR & Talent Operations Intern

About the role

Elchai Group, an AI‑first technology group based in Dubai, is seeking an organized and proactive HR & Talent Operations Intern. You will support recruitment, candidate assessment, onboarding, and the internal academy, working with both human judgment and AI‑assisted tools.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish job descriptions on LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
• Review CVs, screen applicants, and send pre‑interview assessments.
• Coordinate AI‑supported interviews using Elchai Pulse or similar tools.
• Maintain standardized candidate scorecards and ensure final hiring decisions are human‑approved.
• Organise three‑day candidate trials and manage onboarding, attendance and documentation.
• Update a recruitment tracker with each candidate’s stage, score, next action and deadline.
• Support the Elchai Academy by assigning, tracking and reviewing short tasks twice daily.

Required profile

• Organised and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable handling confidential information and structured processes.
• Ability to work with recruitment tools, spreadsheets and AI‑assisted HR workflows.

What we offer
