Human Resources Assistant (Emirati)

About the role

We are seeking an Emirati Human Resources Assistant to join our Dubai office. The role supports the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll assistance and employee relations, ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Post job vacancies on recruitment portals and screen resumes.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and manage pre‑employment documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and update HR information systems.
• Collect attendance and leave data, assist payroll processing and resolve related queries.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, handle grievances and assist with disciplinary documentation.
• Help organise employee engagement events, recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate training sessions, maintain training records and track mandatory completions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, assist with HR audits and prepare monthly HR reports.

Required profile

• Emirati nationality.
• 0‑5 years of experience in HR or related functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and employee relations.
