About the role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic partnership with day‑to‑day HR operations, focusing on physicians, consultants, nurses and administrative staff.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to hospital leadership and department heads.
- Provide HR guidance to physicians, consultants, nurses and admin personnel.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Support physician onboarding, credentialing, contract management and workforce planning.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment, talent acquisition and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and organisational development programmes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Analyse workforce metrics and recommend improvements.
- Assist with compensation reviews, promotions, transfers and restructuring initiatives.
- Lead HR projects, change‑management and process‑improvement activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitals or healthcare organisations.
- Proven experience supporting physicians, consultants and clinical staff.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business‑partnering abilities.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
