Human Resources Coordinator – Doubletree By Hilton Resort & Spa

About the role

Join the Doubletree By Hilton Resort & Spa team in Ras Al Khaimah and help create memorable guest experiences by providing essential HR support across all hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition, supporting sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding across hotel departments.
• Manage recruitment channels and job advertisements to ensure timely posting of vacancies.
• Prepare onboarding and off‑boarding documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
• Update HR systems, support payroll administration and attendance tracking.
• Administer compensation, benefits and pension processes.
• Handle visa applications, work permits and ensure HR compliance.
• Assist with employee relations, engagement activities and HR reporting.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.

• Organizational and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance and benefits administration.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information.
