Human Resources Executive – Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai

About the role

The Cluster Human Resources Executive will support the management team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, ensuring smooth employee relations and compliance with HR policies. This full‑time position focuses on monitoring HR issues, assisting with recruitment, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and resolving employee relations issues, providing follow‑up and documentation.
• Support managers with HR queries, policy interpretation, and employee counseling.
• Monitor recruitment processes for compliance with local laws and company standards.
• Maintain and update employee files, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Coordinate logistics for annual employee surveys and other HR initiatives.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide professional front‑desk support.
• Help with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using computers and point‑of‑sale systems for data entry.
