Human Resources Internship – IHG Dubai Festival City

About the role

Join InterContinental Hotels Group’s Dubai Festival City property as a Human Resources Intern. You will support the HR team in daily recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration while gaining hands‑on experience in a leading hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle for various hotel roles.
• Coordinate pre‑employment requirements with candidates and interns via phone and email.
• Support admin workflow, including tracking, reporting, and filing employee personnel files.
• Create and maintain employee profiles in the HRIS.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to residence visa processes.
• Participate in onboarding activities and L&Q classroom training.
• Help organise engagement initiatives for colleagues and interns.
• Gain exposure to IHG’s standards, audit systems, and HR best practices.

Required profile

• Currently studying or a recent graduate from an accredited hospitality program.
• Flexible, energetic, proactive and professional demeanor.
• Strong interest in learning HR processes within the hotel industry.
• Basic understanding of core hotel operations and hospitality service standards.
• Willingness to support events and initiatives that may extend beyond regular hours.
