Human Resources Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR department for Azadea Foundation in Dubai, shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the Group’s objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring HR practices comply with local labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Group’s overall HR strategy and develop a localized plan to support daily operations.
• Create action plans for growth initiatives or crisis resolution and synchronize operational needs across all HR functions.
• Monitor HR activities to ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote the company’s image.
• Oversee recruitment for key and managerial positions, coordinating with the recruitment team to select qualified candidates.
• Conduct regular field visits to departments and stores to reinforce the Group’s culture.
• Prepare the HR department’s annual budget and business plan, implementing projects as needed.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate HR team members to maximize their performance.
• Develop and track operational metrics to measure departmental effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of the local language is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR‑related software platforms.
