Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will support the property’s HR function, overseeing recruitment, compensation, training, and employee relations. This role ensures HR services meet employee needs, comply with local laws, and contribute to business success in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job fairs, external sourcing, and candidate selection.
• Administer employee benefits, handle unemployment claims, and coordinate with service providers.
• Lead employee orientation, cross‑training, and ongoing development programs.
• Maintain employee communication channels, handle progressive discipline, and support a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure legal compliance for employee files, privacy, safety policies, and workers‑compensation claims.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of HR or related experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, benefits administration, employee development, and compliance activities in a hospitality setting.
