Human Resources Officer (UAE National)

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support the HR function of a leading hospital in Dubai, ensuring compliance with JCIA standards and smooth administrative operations. This role is open to UAE nationals only and involves handling employee documentation, inquiries, and coordination of training activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee files in line with JCIA requirements and scan resigned staff records.
• File and distribute documents, including new evaluations, job descriptions, and privilege updates for doctors and outsourced staff.
• Distribute circulars, emails and other communications across the organization.
• Order and manage office supplies as needed.
• Attend to visitors and coordinate medical and Twajeeh training sessions.
• Handle employee enquiries and NMC Connect queries.
• Manage nursing staff files during JCIA audits.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
• Ensure adherence to all JCIA and hospital rules and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• One to two years of general work experience, preferably in Human Resources.
• Good spoken and written English; Arabic is advantageous.
• General knowledge of local employment laws and practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain high confidentiality.
