Human Resources Partner Specialist – IMEEA Region

About the role

The Human Resources Partner Specialist for the IMEEA region will work closely with regional business leaders and HR teams to design and implement people strategies that drive performance, engagement and compliance. This role is central to translating group HR standards into actionable plans across a diverse set of markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional HR priorities aligned with business objectives, group standards and local employment regulations.
• Oversee talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement and change initiatives.
• Use people data and insights to identify risks, inform decision‑making and recommend practical actions.
• Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, headcount planning and recruitment priorities.
• Review and challenge job descriptions, seniority levels and salary proposals in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits.
• Coordinate performance cycles, talent reviews and career development programmes.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on mobility, role transitions and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of regional employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
