HVAC BIM Modeler – Revit MEP Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC BIM Modeler to create accurate 3D BIM models and detailed HVAC drawings for construction projects in Dubai. The role involves close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems within the overall building design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed HVAC BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Produce HVAC layouts, shop drawings, and construction drawings, including ductwork, chilled water, refrigerant piping, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, diffusers, and grilles.
• Coordinate HVAC systems with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑fighting services.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and other coordination tools.
• Review consultant drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare sections, details, schedules, and BIM documentation.
• Update models based on site conditions, design changes, and consultant comments.
• Assist in preparing as‑built drawings and BIM models at project completion.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, MEP, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an HVAC BIM Modeler.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP construction practices.
• Experience with high‑rise building projects in the UAE/GCC is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with ability to meet project deadlines.
