Required profile

• Prior experience supervising kitchen hygiene, food safety, or stewarding in hotels or large‑scale catering operations.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and cleaning protocols.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creativity in promoting sustainable hygiene solutions and proficiency in record‑keeping and basic reporting tools.
