ICT Teacher – Cycle 2 & 3 – Immediate Start

About the role

The school is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Teacher for Cycle 2 and 3 classes, starting immediately for the academic year 2025‑2026. You will deliver the American curriculum, create an engaging learning environment, and support the school’s vision of a sustainable, innovative community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver ICT lessons that meet the needs of all ability levels.
• Organise classroom resources, displays and learning materials to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Assess and record student progress using the Target Tracker system.
• Collaborate with specialists such as speech therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists when required.
• Embed the school’s Teacher and Learner DNA language and attitudes throughout the curriculum.
• Provide constructive feedback to parents during conferences and meetings.
• Maintain classroom discipline in line with the school’s behaviour policy.

Required profile

• Understanding of the American primary curriculum and ICT content.
• Ability to motivate and inspire pupils with imaginative teaching methods.
• Reflective practice – continuously improving lessons based on assessment data.
• Commitment to the values and ethos of the region and the school community.
