Immigration Sales Consultant – Junior (Canada & Australia)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Immigration Sales Consultant to support our Canada and Australia immigration programs. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with senior consultants to guide prospective clients through the migration process and help convert leads into enrolments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary assessments for Canadian (Express Entry, PNP) and Australian (Subclass 189, 190, 491) point‑based programs.
• Manage incoming leads, schedule consultations and contribute to monthly sales targets.
• Draft initial immigration roadmaps based on current regulations for senior review.
• Provide clear, fact‑based information to prospects and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM database.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales or customer‑facing roles (UAE market experience a plus).
• Basic understanding or strong interest in Canadian and Australian point‑based immigration systems.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general administrative tools.
