Immigration & Visa Case Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Immigration & Visa Case Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of hands‑on experience in visa and immigration processing and be confident handling applications for multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end visa and immigration application processes.
• Prepare and complete visa, PR, and residency application forms accurately.
• Check and verify client documents according to the latest requirements.
• Prepare complete application files and supporting documentation.
• Manage Schengen visa applications for multiple countries.
• Process Canada, Australia and New Zealand PR and residency applications.
• Assist with European/Schengen residency applications.
• Coordinate with clients for required documents, corrections, and additional information.
• Manage online immigration portals and visa application systems.
• Coordinate biometrics, medical examinations, appointments, and document submissions.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in visa and immigration processing.
• Experience handling applications for multiple countries.
• Ability to prepare and complete visa, PR, and residency forms accurately.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Canada PR applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Australia PR applications.
• Hands‑on experience with New Zealand residency applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Schengen visa processing.
• Hands‑on experience with European residency applications.
• Knowledge of skilled migration processes.
• Familiarity with work, student and visitor visa procedures.
