Inbound Marketer (Remote)

About the role

Pavago is looking for an Inbound Marketer to design and run scalable inbound marketing systems that generate qualified leads. Working remotely with a focus on U.S. business hours, you will combine content creation, SEO and conversion optimisation to turn traffic into measurable pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content such as blog posts, landing pages, website copy and inbound assets.
• Develop and optimise lead magnets, guides, checklists and other conversion-focused resources.
• Manage inbound marketing channels including SEO, social distribution (LinkedIn, newsletters) and website conversion paths.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity and content gaps to generate data-driven ideas.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs and continuously improve rankings and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align content with buyer journeys and business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inbound marketing, SEO and content creation.
• Strong understanding of search intent, buyer psychology and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and align with U.S. business hours.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analysing traffic, rankings and conversion metrics.
