Inbound & Outbound Calling Agent – Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Calling Agent to join our Dubai team. The agent will manage inbound calls and WhatsApp messages from customers needing vehicle assistance, as well as make outbound calls to confirm bookings, follow up on service requests and promote offers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries, providing clear information on automotive services and booking procedures.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to confirm appointments, follow up on pending requests and share promotional offers.
• Record customer details accurately and update the call and customer management systems.
• Coordinate with the operations and roadside‑assistance teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle basic customer concerns, escalate complex issues, and maintain a professional tone.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, bookings and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre, customer support or automotive service environment (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or other local languages are a plus.
• Ability to meet assigned calling, booking and conversion targets.
• Immediate availability and a valid UAE visa of at least six months (preferred).
