Indirect Procurement Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Indirect Procurement Manager will lead JD Group's procurement activities across the Middle East, focusing on categories such as warehouse supplies, equipment, consumables, interior renovation, and administration. This role ensures that procurement processes are efficient, cost‑effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end procurement process, from request handling and supplier sourcing to plan formulation, execution, and vendor performance management.
• Control procurement costs by designing effective models, conducting cost analysis, and leveraging historical data.
• Develop and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with suppliers to support a reliable supply ecosystem.
• Analyze procurement data regularly and propose innovative improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing indirect procurement for categories like warehouse, equipment, consumables, interior renovation, and administration.
• Demonstrated ability to optimise procurement processes and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills for cost analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent relationship‑building capabilities with external suppliers.
