Industry Client Solutions Manager – Global Business Solutions

About the role

The Industry Client Solutions Manager will join TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team in the METAP region. You will work closely with industry clients to deliver tailored TikTok solutions, help brands meet their marketing objectives, and drive adoption of measurement and commerce tools.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to align product adoption, strategy and optimisation with business goals.
• Combine product updates, market landscape and competitor activity to guide sales priorities.
• Drive implementation of Pixels, MMPs and APIs where relevant.
• Develop Test & Learn plans using measurement solutions such as BLS, CLS and Ad Effectiveness.
• Create workshops, narratives and business reviews to educate and up‑skill clients.
• Integrate TikTok into clients’ always‑on full‑funnel platforms through playbooks, infographics and events.
• Build trusted relationships across cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Track revenue impact and contribute to account and opportunity planning.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in client solutions, account management or consultative sales within digital marketing.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate marketing objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
