Influencer, Social Media & Strategic Partnerships Specialist

About the role

Join noon Minutes, the hyper‑local delivery platform operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, as an Influencer, Social Media & Strategic Partnerships Specialist. You will lead creator‑led growth, shape social storytelling, and build strategic partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition and strengthen brand relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end influencer campaigns: strategy, creator sourcing, briefing, execution, reporting and optimisation.
• Build and manage relationships with creators across mega, macro, micro and nano tiers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, timelines and budgets.
• Design and launch social‑first campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions and cultural moments.
• Collaborate with Brand and Content teams to plan social media calendars for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Snapchat.
• Identify emerging trends and quickly activate high‑impact creator content.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with brands, communities, universities, residential compounds, sports clubs and content platforms.
• Work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Growth, Operations, Brand and Performance Marketing to activate partnerships across digital, in‑app and on‑ground channels.
• Use data and performance insights to evaluate influencer effectiveness, optimise spend and prioritise partnership opportunities.
