Information Management Assistant

About the role

Mace is supporting the delivery of a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme in the United Arab Emirates, working alongside a leading developer in the data centre sector. The role provides accurate, timely document control and information management across project teams, consultants and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain document control systems, ensuring documents are reviewed, approved, distributed, archived and easily retrievable.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients to ensure timely, accurate documentation and effective information sharing.
• Manage ERP purchase requisitions, tracking, transmitting and filing electronic documents, drawings and correspondence.
• Create, update and maintain project deliverable registers, ensuring quality assurance of all outgoing deliverables.
• Support effective RFI processes and contribute to net‑zero carbon outcomes.
