Information Manager

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Information Manager to join its Middle East delivery team in Dubai. The role blends internal process improvement with direct support for project delivery, ensuring that digital content meets industry standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Information Management documents such as Pre‑ and Post‑BEP, federation strategy, and responsibility matrices.
• Administer the company’s MIDP online tool and the Common Data Environment (CDE) using Autodesk Forma.
• Perform multidisciplinary clash detection, grouping, and support resolution of clashes.
• Support project teams in proposal preparation, design coordination, and quality compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 standards throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of data, information management, and BIM processes.
• Experience with engineering design coordination and interdisciplinary services.
• Proven ability to create technical documentation for information management.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
