Information Security Administrator & Controls

About the role

We are looking for an Information Security Administrator to support and enhance IS compliance across our business units in Abu Dhabi. The role involves monitoring alerts, managing security administration systems, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a robust security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve IS compliance across user communities.
• Receive, respond to, and disseminate IS alerts and advisories.
• Assist the BISO in reporting IS incidents and providing monthly metrics.
• Perform security administration tasks in a timely, compliant manner.
• Manage manual EERS feed for local regulatory applications.
• Support application and profile related matters.
• Conduct security vulnerability assessments and initiate corrective actions.
• Deliver employee IS awareness training sessions.
• Assist BISO with IS/Technology compliance activities for UAE/EMEA.
• Work occasional weekends or off‑hours during scheduled reviews.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of banking experience preferred.
• 6‑12 months experience in Identity and Access Management, IT/COB Audit, or IS Risk Assessment.
• BS/BE degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
