Information Security Governance & Business Continuity Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior Information Security Governance & Business Continuity Consultant to lead our governance, compliance, audit coordination, and enterprise resilience initiatives. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and assurance teams to embed robust security and continuity practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Information Security GRC framework, policies, and risk management activities.
• Coordinate internal, external, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and governance processes.
• Drive Business Continuity and operational resilience planning, testing, and reporting.
• Oversee identity governance, access reviews, and third‑party risk management.
• Support security awareness and resilience initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to governance reporting, committee work, and senior management updates.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Information Security, GRC, or Business Continuity roles.
• Hands‑on exposure to audits, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
• Ability to independently manage cross‑functional governance activities.
• Excellent execution, tracking, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in high‑accountability environments.
