Information Systems Officer – Developer

About the role

The Information Systems Officer – Developer supports the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of internal applications. Working closely with business users, you will deliver reliable and efficient solutions that meet organisational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain internal applications and systems.
• Support system enhancements, bug fixing, and version updates.
• Participate in system integration activities, including APIs and SAP interfaces.
• Assist in database design, management, and optimisation.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of software development experience.
• Basic understanding of system integration and APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, AWS) are a plus.
