Information Technology Administrator

About the role

Spinneys is looking for a proactive Information Technology Administrator to oversee its cloud, collaboration and network environments. The role ensures secure, reliable IT services that support the company’s premium food retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer cloud platform users, roles and access controls, applying best‑practice authentication and identity protection.
• Manage email hygiene, spam/phishing controls and information protection on core productivity and collaboration tools.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs and network segmentation, monitor performance and logs, and support issue resolution.
• Support vulnerability management, assist with audits, risk assessments and compliance reviews, and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT, cloud or network administration.
• Working knowledge of enterprise network management and security fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a detail‑oriented, team‑first mindset.
