Information Technology Specialist

About the role

Eco Lex Legal is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join its Dubai office. You will be responsible for maintaining a reliable IT environment that supports the firm’s legal and digital operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network health and ensure optimal performance of servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and perform regular data backups and recovery.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and service contracts.
• Assist in deploying new systems and applications to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing IT systems and office hardware/software environments.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, security principles, and data protection.
• Customer‑service orientation to support legal and administrative staff.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, handle multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
