Information Technology System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT System Administrator to join our growing IT team. You will manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure for 300‑350 users across the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and user accounts.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) and handle licensing.
• Configure and maintain Fortinet firewalls, IPSec and SSL VPN connections.
• Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and perform capacity planning.
• Implement backup solutions, disaster recovery procedures and endpoint security.
• Manage Azure and Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access control.
• Maintain NAS/storage infrastructure and support LAN/WAN networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless).
• Perform patch management, security hardening and system performance monitoring.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and provide Level 2/3 support to end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience as a System Administrator supporting 300+ users.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel across UAE and remote locations.
