In‑Room Dining Waiter/Waitress (Full‑Time)

About the role

The In‑Room Dining Waiter/Waitress provides high‑quality food and beverage service to guests staying at the hotel. You will act as the link between the kitchen and the guest rooms, ensuring timely delivery and a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain all activities in line with the hotel’s quality standards.
• Serve as the communication bridge between kitchen and service areas.
• Stay updated on food and beverage menus to advise guests accurately.
• Receive, store, and handle food and beverages following hygiene regulations.
• Monitor the quality of served items and report any issues to the outlet manager.
• Use up‑selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Assist guests with special requests and provide courteous service.
• Support teammates and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage, preferably in a five‑star environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong guest‑oriented communication skills.
