Inside Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join a fast‑growing moving and storage company in Dubai. The role focuses on converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities for local household, commercial and storage relocation services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries for household goods, office relocation and storage services.
• Proactively follow up on leads generated via phone, email and website.
• Provide accurate quotations for local moving and storage services.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their moving needs.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling of moves.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote additional services such as packing, storage and specialty moving solutions.
• Offer professional advice on relocation planning and timelines.
• Prepare sales reports and track pipeline activity.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Experience in moving, relocation, logistics or storage services sales.
• Strong inside‑sales or customer‑service background.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
• Results‑driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
