Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup, servers and storage solutions. The role involves outbound calling and emailing to build relationships and set up opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns and qualify prospects for cybersecurity products.
• Use CRM and datamining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Identify client needs, propose appropriate solutions and arrange appointments.
• Follow up on commitments, develop new account relationships and stay informed on industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience in cybersecurity solutions (NGFW, endpoint security, backup, servers, storage).
• Motivation for cold calling and ability to ask probing questions.
